Global Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist

In this role, you will lead global hiring across Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom, while also supporting key HR processes and people operations as part of the People Team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruiting capabilities with an HR Generalist mindset in a fast-growing global company.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles across Israel, the United States, and the United Kingdom, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies and diverse channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and continuously improve recruitment strategies using data, insights, and market knowledge.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
HR Generalist
- Support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with maintaining employee data and processes within the HRIS system (e.g., HiBob).
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees and managers when needed.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure alignment with HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Support HR initiatives related to people operations and employee experience as needed.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, or similar) in the US and UK – must.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (preferably HiBob) and ATS platforms such as Comeet or similar.
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or People Operations roles, preferably in a global startup or high-growth tech company.
- Background as an HR Generalist or supporting HR processes alongside recruitment - a strong advantage.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple processes in parallel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with global stakeholders.
- Fluent English and Hebrew – Must
- Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones - Must
- Experience recruiting in companies with complex technological products or developer-focused platforms – an advantage.
