We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the scaling of our AI ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for bridging the gap between data and autonomous action, ensuring that every developer—and every AI agent—is operating at their peak potential. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product activity and development efforts in one of Linearb’s main business domains, focusing on optimizing user experiences and driving product scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data analysis, and other stakeholders, to define product goals and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes.
  • Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organization.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Lean.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B SAAS is a plus.
  • Big plus
    • Experience as a developer and a good understanding in SDLC (software development lifecycle) 
    • BSc in computer science or related fields
    • Experience with AI coding tools.
    • Experience with AI product tools.
