About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, solution-oriented thinker with strong technical acumen to join our team as a Senior Revenue Operations Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who blends deep Salesforce expertise, RevOps experience, and business analysis skills to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll serve as the critical link between stakeholders and Revenue Systems, translating business needs into smart, sustainable systems and processes.
You enjoy working in cross-functional environments, can design and implement end-to-end business solutions, and are proactive in identifying areas for improvement. Your communication style is clear and empathetic, making you a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical partners.
This role is hybrid - remote in the Boston, MA office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Product to analyze needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Own the full lifecycle of business process enhancements—from discovery and design to testing and deployment.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into Salesforce workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Recommend and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting, and user experience.
- Serve as a Salesforce SME, promoting best practices and driving adoption across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build knowledge bases and improve internal documentation.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, proactively evaluating features for business fit.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team and troubleshoot reported issues with closing business or managing leads.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations, with a proven experience in systems thinking and solution delivery.
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with advanced data architecture, automation, reporting, and cross-functional integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you translate technical ideas into business value.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data analysis and business metrics.
- Motivated by delivering scalable customer-facing improvements.
