After a huge success in filling the Senior product opening we had, we are looking for an additional team member. 

We are looking for a Product Manager to spearhead the scaling of our AI ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for bridging the gap between data and autonomous action, ensuring that every developer and every AI agent is operating at their peak potential.

This role is ideal for a product leader who is both highly technical and deeply product-oriented, with strong UX instincts and the ability to independently translate ideas into high-quality product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution within one of LinearB’s core domains, with a strong focus on user experience, developer workflows, and scalability
• Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and ideation to definition, design, and delivery
• Design product experiences end-to-end, including creating wireframes, mockups, and flows (e.g., in Figma), without relying solely on design resources
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design to deliver high-impact features
• Identify opportunities for innovation—especially in AI-driven workflows—and turn them into actionable product initiatives
• Drive alignment across product teams and ensure cohesive product direction
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and continuously optimize product performance
• Work closely with customers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points
   

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of shipping impactful products
• Strong product sense combined with hands-on UX capabilities (ability to create wireframes, flows, and mockups independently)
• Technical background or strong technical fluency, ideally with past experience as a frontend engineer or similar role
• Deep understanding of modern software development workflows (SDLC)
• Experience working on B2B SaaS products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with Agile / Lean methodologies

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a frontend developer
• Experience building or working with AI-powered products
• Familiarity with developer tools, engineering analytics, or productivity platforms
• Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) and AI product tools
