Office Manager & Employee Experience

Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Own the day-to-day operations of our Tel Aviv office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Manage office vendors, facilities, maintenance, supplies, food and beverage orders, deliveries, and workplace logistics.
- Coordinate employee travel, visitor logistics, and office services as needed.
Employee Experience:
- Own and execute employee engagement initiatives, including happy hours, holiday celebrations, wellness activities, team events, and office traditions.
- Promote a welcoming and engaging workplace where employees feel connected, supported, and excited to come into the office.
- Own the onboarding experience for new hires in Israel, ensuring every employee has a smooth and memorable first day.
- Partner with the People team and cross-functional stakeholders on employee experience initiatives, culture-building projects, and internal events.
- Continuously bring fresh ideas that strengthen our culture and elevate the employee experience.
Projects & Operations:
- Lead office and workplace improvement projects from idea through execution.
- Coordinate company meetings, support off-site planning, and special events.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and create operational efficiencies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and People to support operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Office Management, Workplace Experience, Employee Experience, Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.
- A positive, energetic personality with a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
- Someone who takes initiative, enjoys owning projects, and isn't afraid to turn ideas into reality.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A creative mindset and passion for planning engaging experiences that bring people together.
- A collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed - no task is too big or too small.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
