We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and scale how product marketing operates across the organization. This is a senior individual contributor role with company-wide influence, responsible for driving go-to-market excellence, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and building the systems that enable consistent, high-quality execution.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale the end-to-end go-to-market process across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS
- Lead product launches from positioning through execution and post-launch analysis
- Define messaging, positioning, and competitive narratives
- Build GTM frameworks, playbooks, and a centralized knowledge base
- Drive sales enablement strategy, including narratives and competitive intelligence
- Generate customer insights to inform product and marketing decisions
- Partner with Product and Growth to optimize the customer journey
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience leading go-to-market and product launches
- Strong positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills
- Highly structured, with strong operational and process mindset
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Growth
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- High ownership and ability to drive alignment without authority
