Channel/Partner Manager

LinearB is looking for an experienced Channel/Partner Manager to develop and scale our partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing key channel partners to expand our market reach and accelerate adoption of our Software Engineering Intelligence platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS partnerships, a proven ability to build and manage partner relationships, and a strategic mindset to drive joint success.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to recruit, onboard, and enable partners that align with LinearB’s growth objectives.
  • Identify and establish relationships with VARs, system integrators, technology alliances, and other strategic partners to expand LinearB’s market presence.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and enablement programs.
  • Train and enable partners on LinearB’s value proposition, product features, and competitive differentiators, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell and support our solutions.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of channel partnerships, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, incentives, and co-selling motions to ensure mutual success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support, conflict resolution, and business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing partner ecosystems that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, go-to-market strategies, and partner enablement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess partnership performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience negotiating and managing partner agreements, revenue-sharing models, and incentive programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership and driving initiatives independently.
